Terms & Conditions

Kronemedia's general terms for partnerships, services, pricing, and liability.

1. About Kronemedia

Kronemedia is an international call center and sales company providing B2B telesales, lead generation, customer service, and market entry services to companies across Europe.

We help businesses generate qualified leads, establish themselves in new markets, and strengthen their customer dialogue through professional and structured communication.

2. Services

Kronemedia delivers B2B services within sales, customer service, and market expansion. Our services include, among others:

  • Outbound cold calling to businesses
  • Lead qualification and meeting booking
  • Customer service (e-mail, phone, chat, etc.)
  • Market entry (building new markets, contacting local companies)
  • Data updates and CRM management
  • Multilingual support (Danish, English, Spanish, and others)

The exact services, KPIs, volumes, and service levels are agreed individually and stated in the signed partnership agreement (Service Agreement + SLA).

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are agreed individually and stated in the partnership agreement.

Prices may be quoted:

  • Including VAT (where applicable)
  • Excluding VAT (reverse charge / international cooperation)

This depends on the client's location and applicable tax rules, as Kronemedia is established in Türkiye.

Kronemedia typically works with:

  • Hourly billing
  • Fixed monthly fee
  • Performance / bonus models (per SLA)

Invoicing

  • Invoicing is monthly (in advance or in arrears depending on agreement)
  • Payment terms: 30 days net from invoice date
  • In case of late payment, Kronemedia reserves the right to suspend work
  • Any fees or interest are agreed individually

Kronemedia reserves the right to adjust prices with a minimum of 30 days' written notice.

4. Term and Termination

The duration of the agreement is stated in the individual partnership agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • The agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice
  • Any minimum commitment period will be stated in the partnership agreement

During the notice period, cooperation continues on unchanged terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality and Data Security

Kronemedia treats all customer data and business information as confidential.

  • Data is used only for the agreed work
  • Kronemedia operates in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (including GDPR when working with EU companies)
  • A separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is entered into between the parties

The client is responsible for:

  • The lawfulness of the data (leads/contacts) provided
  • Having a valid legal basis for processing

Kronemedia uses secure systems and access controls to handle data.

6. Liability and Limitation of Liability

Kronemedia delivers services with reasonable care and in accordance with general industry practice.

  • Kronemedia's total liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the most recent 3 months

Kronemedia is not liable for indirect losses, including:

  • Lost revenue
  • Loss of profit
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of goodwill

Kronemedia is not responsible for:

  • Results (e.g. number of leads or sales), unless explicitly guaranteed in writing
  • The quality or lawfulness of the client's data
  • Outages at third-party providers
  • Force majeure (e.g. system failures, internet outages, strikes, etc.)

7. Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 120 days from delivery.

This is based on Kronemedia's data retention periods (including call recordings and logs).

We strive to respond to all inquiries within 5 business days.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governing law and jurisdiction are agreed individually in the partnership agreement.

For international engagements, this may vary depending on the client's location.

9. Changes to Terms

Kronemedia reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.

Material changes will be notified to existing clients with a minimum of 30 days' notice.
